To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
Returns:
Non-Customized Artwork: If you wish to return a non-customized artwork for any reason other than a defect or damage, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the item. Return Shipping:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the artwork. Please retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return process is completed.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for artwork. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item on the website.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please email the customer support team (contact@musescout.com) immediately. Provide photographic evidence of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or a refund, as per the circumstances.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items may be marked as non-refundable or final sale. These items will be clearly indicated on the website at the time of purchase, and the refund and return policy will not apply to them.
